Buried with busywork? This might help you.

I read the '$10,000/hr Work Framework' by @khemaridh.

Use this framework and focus on high-value work. 🧵

Thanks Khe! Your 10K work lessons are literally woven into my daily rhythm ... big impact.

What's your biggest minor struggle at work?

For YEARS mine has been prioritization. But I recently started using @khemaridh $10,000/hour framework for task management and let me tell you...it's a game changer.

I started using @khemaridh's $10K Work framework for my task management and sweet Jesus what a difference it's made

Shoutout to the brilliant @heygracebaldwin and @atbacher for putting me onto it

You don't want to miss this:

I consider 95% of my email a Low Skill, Low Leverage activity. It's $10/hour work. This should be outsourced.

I want to maximize my time spent on High Leverage, High Skill activities in the top right of this matrix from @khemaridh

Been loving the newsletter by @khemaridh recently.

How he explains the stories between people that do $10 work vs $10k work always gets me convicted and reflecting on my habits.

$10k work right here.

@khemaridh you need a new case study?

So much of this journey is about re-discovering yourself, knowing your value and recognizing what's really important to you.

As .@khemaridh has said: Saying no is 10K work

One of the things I've learned from reading @khemaridh's newsletter is that $10k/hr work sometimes masquerades as $10/hr work.

It's tempting to outsource all tedious tasks.

But, sometimes tedious and tactical work has a force-multiplier on your team.

Getting it right = $$

just burned my brain with "Saying NO is a $10k skill." WOW.

As @khemaridh would say, THINKING is often the $10K work!

Today, I spent most of my day doing reactive, #$100hrwork.

Thanks for the framework @khemaridh

Yesterday: $10 Tim
Today: $10K Tina
Huge difference.
Thank you @khemaridh

hmmm I think a lot of the work I've been doing recently has been of the telephone sanitising variety

what @khemaridh might call $10 or $100 tasks

there's a kind of comfort there but these things don't really move the needle on anything

I wonder what I'm hiding from 🤔

Related: if you desire to have a fulfilling life, then spending time *deliberately cultivating your capacity for attention* is one of the most high-leverage ways to use your energy—it’s ‘$10k work’ as @khemaridh would say.

thanks for the link. Very interesting in the context of startups where you basically need an interlocking set of complementary $10k/hr skills. Eg. I can code, but it takes me 10x the time of my software engineering buddies to get the work done 1/10th as well

But knowing more isn't enough, action is required, more importantly, the right kind of action.
