I'm currently writing about how to engage an audience when you don't have many followers. I've just signed up for @GetTheAudience by fellow Indie Founder Matthias, and I have to say, this is an incredibly useful tool. Figuring out who engages with whom is EXACTLY what you need.
A quick note that I'm using @GetTheAudience for @blogstatic to monitor and learn more about "who's talking what" in and around blogging. Which helps me learn more about what bloggers might need. Can highly recommend it! ๐ฅ

Practice. Building an audience is a practice. Consistent, intentional work. It won't be fun every day but you'll see small improvements. Then you see those improvements accumulate. Then you win.
Speaking of me, I mostly read your tweets in the evening when the whole house is asleep and the clients are resting. ๐
