More than 70% of Americans today are either obese or overweight. Why? And what can be done about this health crisis?

This is part of why @Levels and @UltrahumanHQ are important. Ubiquitous continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) will raise awareness of ubiquitous glucose dysregulation.

"One way to reverse the food industry sugar glut is to remove #fructose from the GRAS list. In doing so, sugar would go from ‘food’ to ‘food additive." @Levels

There’s good evidence that stable, lower blood sugar levels are good for health. My day so far: steady, <110 mg/dl, with warm beverages to fill me up. Any tips for people who want to try skipping a meal? @Levels #Health

the amazing thing about @Levels is the associative power of visualized data.

You feel a certain way. Open up the app. Scan the sensor. Immediately start to associate a certain data point with a physical sensation.

Started @Levels Tuesday. First “wearable” I’ve been excited about. So much data 🤯

Turns out my blood sugar spikes heavily if I eat lunch at 3pm on an empty stomach. (Same lunch at noon day before with no reaction.)

If you haven't heard of @Levels, take a look at this video! It's an awesome new product, a biowearble technology that shows you how your body metabolizes food. I've been using mine for a few months, here's a video of their growth in the last year! 💕🙌 youtu.be/IFBcmxWMZKo

I just started using @Levels CGM. This is a game changer! Its like being able to read log files that our "body app" generates as we feed it "food data"! Highly recommend it!!
I sense the start of our healthcare disruption with folks taking control of their health with data.

Another insightful experiment with @Levels - I always thought OatMeal (rolled oats) was high fiber - wholesome breakfast. But it spiked my BGL which was unexpected. Swapping it with Chia seeds (almost flat line) made a HUGE difference. 💡

Our chronic disease epidemic starts early. Like in the womb. And it starts with sugar. Listen to this podcast to see why and what you can do to protect your kids. @Levels

It's hard to "experiment" without data. So, for the month of February, while investigating intermittent fasting, I used @Levels to obtain real-time feedback on how my diet and lifestyle choices were impacting my metabolic health. Insights➡️Improvement. #PracticeMakesProgress

agree completely.. the @levels blog, @PeterAttiaMD, and @hubermanlab have taught me more than any IRL doctor I've seen. kinda wild to think about.

Got my @Levels kit and it's exciting to have real time feedback on dietary choices. I've never had so much data to explore links between diet, sleep, and exercise. If they or I can figure out how to translate it into outcomes, it could be revolutionary!

Been using mine for 8 months- not ready to stop yet. You will learn so much. Have learned the importance of daily exercise and that there are very few carbs that I tolerate well. And much more.

Using @Levels CGM I have clearly observed postprandial glycemic dips trigger cravings. Good to see new research on this!

If you haven't tried @Levels yet, dooooo it. Y'all, it's amazing how much you can learn about how your body's specific responses to things and use that info to optimize your food, activity, sleep, etc choices. It's SO GOOD. Life-changing kind of stuff and I'm not exaggerating.

The @Levels team is set out to impact 1B+ people in the world by solving the metabolic health crisis.

Levels is the only one I used. I liked it a lot, and hope they can condense to a single app format soon. @Levels I learned a lot from using it.

I started off wanting to just do a month of testing but there’s so much to learn. now I’ve been using it for 8 months and still finding new variations (stress, sleep, m cycle, food, drinks, exercise combos)

Strolling through Manhattan with @levels, helping me keep my glucose in check.

You move what you measure: mental fitness, emotional fitness, physical fitness...metabolic fitness.
For me having tools like @ouraring and @levels helps me further my own awareness of my health.

.@Levels is one of the most interesting products I’ve used

- reveals how nuts it is that we know more about what’s happening in our cars or computers than our bodies
- great example of “static to streaming”
- only thing that’s ever made me willing to log food (logging > insight)
