Brad has a very clear, concise, and thorough view of the current audiology landscape so I really get a lot out of his understanding of the different treatment models out there and how we can show our value to our patients. That's really what we are all trying to do right? Not just sell a product, which is already out there, but instead, show the value of best practices, patient centered care rather than product, and showing our patients a long-term view of what audiology should be when patients come to your practice for something that most really just don't want, but in a sense really need.

For a long time I've known there are improvements that we could make to our business but I've lacked the time and vision required to build everything from scratch.
Having a library of reference points and community of people in the same boat really helps me to see a path forward whilst reducing the work required to implement - I can either use something wholesale, or alter it to our tastes.
