You can create user accounts, login, password reset, create custom db's, integrate with 3rd party api's. I've done all of this with Cocina.
I am bullish too. Their deep domain expertise is awesome. They are definitely not the new kids on the block.
I'll probably do a longer write-up at some point, but:
π Functionality - I'm not limited to the plugins available, I can create my own elements & actions
π¨ Design control - I'm not limited to what's available in the styling panel, I can literally edit any CSS property I want
I'm starting to create a set of CSS cheat sheets to use in @bildrHQ, starting with Flexbox. Use it as a visual reference or copy/paste into your project. π₯³

This, 1000%. With a tool like @bildrHQ developers can design and designers can develop. It's natural (and easy) to erase these old boundaries.
