I don't know quite what magic @Blackwing work on their leads but it's as dark as the #mitsubishi 10b pencil and as hard as the Staedtler hb pencil I have with me.

One of my co-workers picked these up for me! Limited edition @Blackwing pencils. The @Blackwing 602 is, by far, the best pencil I have ever used. This addition to my pencil box just made my day.
My search for the perfect pencil came to an end when I discovered @Blackwing. They are beautiful to behold and to hold.
They look so good, that sometimes proctors when I go take a test at a site don’t believe me that they’re regular pencils. 😂

Best present I’ve ever received- it’s called a Blackwing Point Guard - essentially its just a fancy looking lid for a pencil - but I love it. And it Doubles as a lil extention when you get down to the ‘too short to draw with’ event horizon. Is that a pencil in pocket… @Blackwing

This says to me that @Blackwing knows their customer and what inspires them. You don't buy their pencils because you need a writing instrument, you do it to open yourself up to the creative forces within all of us found at the intersection of meaning and possibility.
Hard to believe it’s not all hype, but Blackwing really is the best pencil out there.
I've gotten my family totally addicted to @Blackwing pencils and notepads. We are now members of The Cult of Black Wing, which may sound sinister, but is actually quite wholesome.

Black wings are ridiculous, like you just hold them *near* the paper and they leave a perfect mark 😂 But do you actually use a lot of pencils? Curious what for. Writing, grading, drawing?
