They're busy working on scaling, because that's what we asked for as a community. It's good that this community is both so active and proactive, but gotta be realistic here. These things don't build themselves in a week. Give them some time.
Will it be enough? This week we learned how poorly scaled the Cardano network is. While programmers on the three big sites (MELD, SundaeSwap, MuesliSwap) are responsible for their poor coding, a big chunk of the blame goes to Cardano.

Network traffic is pretty bad today. If you can't scale for #SundaeSwap I'm not sure people will use #ADA for anything.
tweaking some parameters isn't really scaling. Already needed a L2 to scale and offloading offchain computation on L2 is a patch to any non working system.
Lol easy to need scaling when you can only process 250tps. My pigeon network is faster
Cardano is currently at 94% capacity and smart contracts haven't even really begun as we await PAB, which makes Plutus language easier. They have a few options to help, but most are bandaids. I foresee some big scaling issues over next 6 months while awaiting Hydra.

Hoskinson is scamming crypto noobs. Go buy some AVAX, SOL or FTM and bridge it to their native chains to see what a real L1 is
Cardano is experiencing scaling issues, you might be thinking, “how is it better than Ethereum?” Well currently. even with scaling issues, we still have far less fees, have more capabilities, more decentralized, etc. This congestion will effect many projects, but it will pass. 1/

It took one month to have the chain functioning the way it was pre sundae swap with more traffic and many new smart contracts being executed. Cardano is scaling slowly but effectively 😎💪
