There's so many good wellness apps (@futurefitapp @joincrescentco @elo_health) that have led to a measurable improvement in my wellbeing. There's also def many I haven't used/heard of.
But it's p overwhelming and they don't talk to each other.

Good sleep starts in the morning.
This is one of the simplest and most impactful things I’ve done for my sleep health.

Unwind routine for the win! Thanks, Lauren. My nightly ritual is going quite well. Frankly, I've been surprised how well I've been sleeping. The stretching and breath work gives my mind a chance to unwind.
