I have been reading DDODS for about an year now. What got me interested are quick snippets about data science but then I discovered the in-depth deep dives and I was instantly hooked. I would recomment DDODS to anyone who wants more than just superficial knowledge about data science. As a computer vision scientists it mainly helps me keep my tools and intuition sharp for the different problems that I face everyday. Highly recommended.

I have been reading daily dose of data science some months ago.
What I like: the content Is very useful, for instance data cleaning, etc., AND it Is in_python. It addresses the most important topics of data science.
I would recommend it to others because of that.
I helps in my work by giving me important information that I need when writting Python code for data science.

Avi Chawla is exceptional at what he does. Daily Dose of Data Science is packed with easy-to-read deep dives into extremely complex topics, and it's the only place where I feel I can fully grasp such concepts.
Recently, I landed a job where my performance in the interview was largely due to the insights I gained from the newsletter. I’m grateful for Avi's work every day! My only regret is not subscribing to the membership sooner.
I have no doubt that my career and many others will keep advancing thanks to this incredible resources.

I am a new subscriber and have been reading Daily Dose of Data Science for several months now. As a subscriber, I have access to deep-dive articles that keep me up-to-date with industry trends in ML/Data Science. Even if the articles are not directly related to my work, they satisfy my intellectual curiosity. The daily free newsletter is great too. Any topic that you would like to read about is most likely in the newsletter collection. I was reading an article the other day and came across the term "covariate shift". I forgot what it was about and wanted to review it. Coincidentally, it was covered in the daily newsletter the next day. I enjoy both the high quality newsletter and deep-dive articles—they are quite addictive.

I have been a regular follower for last 2 months and its been a very fruitful investment so far. Most of my days start with it's tiny but effective posts and usually I check the first thing immediately after waking up. The daily blogs are small but carefully chosen and covers both the practical and theoretical aspects. Also, the content size is right for me because I can complete it quickly and sometimes apply even. Long contents are also very useful for weekend reads and experimentation. Overall its really helpful for me. Thank you Avi and DDoDS team.
A year ago, I did not even know the Python programming language. I started learning it in February, and side-by-side, reading Avi's articles/posts has helped me tremendously in growing my DS knowledge rapidly.
For instance, now when I perform cluster analysis, I precisely know what I am doing and how I am doing it.
Avi makes EXCELLENT visuals that make learning effortless for people in the Data Science field in general. If you're not following him and his Daily Dose of Data Science page, I highly recommend doing so. You'll continue to learn and upskill every day!!
Daily Dose of Data Science is fantastic! I discovered Avi’s work over a year ago and signed up for his membership. I routinely share my learnings with my colleagues struggling to understand concepts and techniques that Avi's deep dives make very approachable! Recently, I became a lifetime member as I am confident that Avi's work will always continue to help me grow.
I have been a member of Daily Dose of Data Science for over a year now. I like the way concepts are explained (especially mathematical details) and topics are always practically applicable. It consistently helps me to grow in terms of data science and machine learning.
I also had a couple of opportunities to ask Avi about some concepts in data science and machine learning, and I always received a useful response. I always look forward to reading Avi's detailed deep dives.
Avi's articles have been immensely helpful in deepening my classical ML maths and understanding the underlying details that I couldn't find in other resources online. The article on generalized linear models (GLMs) helped me in my data science interviews, and I secured a data science role at Infoedge.

This is great way as it acts as daily dose and cure from the deep inside and clear some of the overlooked concepts.

I have been reading Daily Dose of Data Science for a couple of years now and always enjoy the topics covered. The range is so varied and explained in such a simple way. I’ve learned so much especially things I wouldn’t hear about otherwise.

These newsletters help in getting deeper understanding of various data science concepts.
Abi really explains them well and the repository for python codes and other data science tools and methodologies are very useful.
His effort and diligent work is reflected in each and every article.
Thanks Avi for putting up this newsletter.
I have been a member of Daily Dose of Data Science for 6 months. Avi's intuitive insights in blogs have helped me understand the nitty-gritty bits of what I do with data and tools sometimes I haven't even heard before. Of his longer write-ups: "A beginner-friendly and comprehensive deep dive on vector databases" was the most meaningful one for me to understand what's happening in the LLM contexts with ease. Though it doesn't cover the whole LLM space, which is understandable, but it's pretty good to get rolling in this wide valley. Another read that amazed me in quality deep dives was "You are probably building inconsistent classification models without even realizing." It showed me concepts that I didn't notice and use in my daily routine but now they are on my experimenting list for my work purposes.
My major work lies in the domain of computer vision, going through DDoS blogs helps me to maintain breadth and depth across the Data Science & Machine Learning domain as a whole.
I would really recommend others to give DDoS a try; not everything you read here can be applied immediately, but as knowledge builds up, the next time when you solve a problem, I believe for sure you can come to one of Avi's blogs and pick up a concept to apply in your problem.

I found this gem, our dearly loved Daily Dose of Data Science newsletter, about a year ago.
As a newbie learning Data Science without having a strong technical (IT nor maths) background, Daily Dose of Data Science is surely one of the best things that has happened to me along this learning journey. Its content isn't just touching the surface like many other resources I could find online out there. Instead, it mentions about thins that often get neglected due to complexity. Even in cases where the information provided wasn't sufficient for me to grab the whole picture and I had to rely on other resources to become fluent, at least I was informed about those topics thanks to Daily Dose of Data Science.
I have talked to Avi in a few occasions where I asked him to help elaborate something to me, and we did have good chats (yes, he does reply to you). I am now an annual subscriber! :D
Thank you very much, Avi! Please keep up the great work, mate!

I wish I joined this membership earlier. The content isn't just touching the surface like many other resources I could find online out there. Instead, it mentions things that often get neglected due to complexity. Highly recommended if you want to grow with solid foundations.
The best part of the articles is that you build the curiosity to find the solution of the problem and then explain the solution like storytelling. I admire your approach.

I have been following DDoDS for more than 1 year and I love the way Avi writes interactively and descriptively. I don't have to refer to any blog or video after going through his exhaustive article. It's brilliant that he provides most of his awesome writing for free to the audience.

this daily newsletter packed with all sorts of juicy data insights and updates. From industry trends to practical tips, it's like getting a dose of brain fuel delivered straight to your inbox every day. And the best part? It's super easy to digest, even for those of us who aren't data wizards.
I've found "Daily Dose of Data Science" incredibly useful for staying up-to-date on the latest happenings in the world of data science.
It's not just about the technical stuff; it's about understanding how data is shaping our world and how we can leverage it to our advantage.
Plus the graphics and visuals are super awesome!!

I have been reading DDoDS for roughly 1.5 years now, and still do so every day. It's fantastic content and almost always easily understandable even for people like me who are not data science professionals. I am impressed by the comprehensible, simple and yet profound explanations of even complicated topics, you are really an outstanding teacher. I recommend DDoDS to my colleagues, both professionals (because I know they can benefit from your hands-on-advice about tools, tech, pitfalls when using 'standard' approaches when solving concrete DS problems) and people like me who are just curious about DS (because of the in-depth explanations of concepts and algorithms). I host a weekly meeting for a small community of AI enthusiasts inside my company, and always find topics to discuss and insights to share in the daily dose.
Great stuff, keep on the good work, Avi !
