I've been reading DDoDS for around two years, I believe. Since the very beginning, it's been one of my favorite source of knowledge on DS/ML and I decided to go to the paid plan only after a couple of weeks.
There are plenty of both paid and unpaid websites or newsletters on these topics on the Internet, but very few match the quality of Avi's writing. Avi has found a very nice balance between going into details (including maths) and being understandable for people without PhD in calculus. You'll find everything here - as much theory as needed, good examples, clear code snippets, clear style, sense of humor.
One of the best things about DDoDS is that Avi can teach you something new on literally every topic, including the very basic algorithms like linear regression.
I highly recommend it if you want to build a career in data science with core expertise!
Avi Chawla is exceptional at what he does. Daily Dose of Data Science is packed with easy-to-read deep dives into extremely complex topics, and it's the only place where I feel I can fully grasp such concepts.
Recently, I landed a job where my performance in the interview was largely due to the insights I gained from the newsletter. Iโm grateful for Avi's work every day! My only regret is not subscribing to the membership sooner.
I have no doubt that my career and many others will keep advancing thanks to this incredible resources.
Avi's blog covers a variety of machine learning topics, and I must say it has been truly helpful. I've managed to learn a lot from his insightful articles.
It's evident that I've been searching for a blog like this for quite some time, and finally, my search has come to an end. The blog has undeniably made a profound impact on my understanding of machine learning, and I genuinely appreciate the effort put into creating such valuable content.
A year ago, I did not even know the Python programming language. I started learning it in February, and side-by-side, reading Avi's articles/posts has helped me tremendously in growing my DS knowledge rapidly.
For instance, now when I perform cluster analysis, I precisely know what I am doing and how I am doing it.
Avi makes EXCELLENT visuals that make learning effortless for people in the Data Science field in general. If you're not following him and his Daily Dose of Data Science page, I highly recommend doing so. You'll continue to learn and upskill every day!!
I have been a member of Daily Dose of Data Science for 6 months. Avi's intuitive insights in blogs have helped me understand the nitty-gritty bits of what I do with data and tools sometimes I haven't even heard before. Of his longer write-ups: "A beginner-friendly and comprehensive deep dive on vector databases" was the most meaningful one for me to understand what's happening in the LLM contexts with ease. Though it doesn't cover the whole LLM space, which is understandable, but it's pretty good to get rolling in this wide valley. Another read that amazed me in quality deep dives was "You are probably building inconsistent classification models without even realizing." It showed me concepts that I didn't notice and use in my daily routine but now they are on my experimenting list for my work purposes.
My major work lies in the domain of computer vision, going through DDoS blogs helps me to maintain breadth and depth across the Data Science & Machine Learning domain as a whole.
I would really recommend others to give DDoS a try; not everything you read here can be applied immediately, but as knowledge builds up, the next time when you solve a problem, I believe for sure you can come to one of Avi's blogs and pick up a concept to apply in your problem.
I have been a member of Daily Dose of Data Science for over a year now. I like the way concepts are explained (especially mathematical details) and topics are always practically applicable. It consistently helps me to grow in terms of data science and machine learning.
I also had a couple of opportunities to ask Avi about some concepts in data science and machine learning, and I always received a useful response. I always look forward to reading Avi's detailed deep dives.
Daily Dose of Data Science is fantastic! I discovered Aviโs work over a year ago and signed up for his membership. I routinely share my learnings with my colleagues struggling to understand concepts and techniques that Avi's deep dives make very approachable! Recently, I became a lifetime member as I am confident that Avi's work will always continue to help me grow.
Avi's articles have been immensely helpful in deepening my classical ML maths and understanding the underlying details that I couldn't find in other resources online. The article on generalized linear models (GLMs) helped me in my data science interviews, and I secured a data science role at Infoedge.

I wish I joined this membership earlier. The content isn't just touching the surface like many other resources I could find online out there. Instead, it mentions things that often get neglected due to complexity. Highly recommended if you want to grow with solid foundations.
I cleared an interview as a Senior data scientist last week.
My interviewer was so impressed with the level of detail I was explaining ideas with, all thanks to the stuff I learned from your deep dives.
