Aggelos/IOHK need to take into account social factors/dynamics as the current system design doesn't accommodate for the power of social media.
If I wanted to be a part of a system where tens of people control it, I'd go back to a PoW chain.
We are still in somewhat centralized era (without Voltaire), I think it would be healthy (my humble opinion) that IOG and Cardano Foundation would somehow via social media and verbally / written form advocate for SPOs...

The 5-epoch long ISO hasn’t even started (not live until DEX launches) and SundaeSwap has already fked up Cardano’s decentralization.
Multi-poolers like @cryptorecruitr and @intocryptoverse have already spun up new pools.

I have decided to retire the H4SH stake pool at the turn of Epoch 319 (~Fri, Feb 4th), which means anyone delegating to my pool will need to move delegation in order to continue earning rewards!

It's almost funny how some cardano multipool operators are concerned about centralization now that they didn't make it to top 30 pools for sundaeswap. Suddenly decentralization matters 🤣 It will be interesting to see how things unfold when bigger players join.
I'm not bashing YouTubers. I'm just pointing out a trend. Decentralization is not built-in to Cardano. Delegators must make it happen. And currently, they're not.

Govs & corps will only move their stuff on #Cardano when they have assurances that a third party can't meddle with it, ergo if you want widespread adoption you need decentralization, otherwise, it's cheaper to use centralized AWS servers
MPOs aren't necessarily bad, SOME add a lot of value. Would you stop raking in $ because of twitter nagging? 🤷♂️

Cardano needs to be designed better. I've changed how I talk about MPOs for the most part as I believe it's ineffectual and long term more damaging to Cardano.
IOG needs to fix it.
WHEN this design flaw is fixed, we should be able to have a beer with someone from the other side
sSPOs should increase the pressure on IOG to increase k to 1500 and remove the fixed fee completely.
Saturation decreases to 22.66mio.
Pledge matters three times as much.
The rankings'd actually work as intended w/o fixed fee.
It's all IOG being slow on those changes.

If parameters wont change (we waited so long for this), I will have to work around the parameters instead and give external rewards. Currently the ISPO + Multi pool model is killing a lot of great operators and I have personally seen many leave the last two epochs.

The @SundaeSwap #ISPO model is a total disaster for the majority of #Cardano #stakepools and it is taking a sledgehammer to stakepool ecosystem and network
