It’s not every day you get to co-sponsor an industry event with a $10B icon like Zendesk, but that’s exactly what we did last week at the Customer Success Collective CS Summit in Washington, D.C.
The event itself, like everything The Alliance puts on, brought together a fantastic mix of CS leaders from all manner of world-class organizations.
