This week, I had the pleasure of spending two days as an invitee at the Chief Customer Officer (CCO) Summit and the Customer Success Festival in London.
On Wednesday, I joined the CCO Summit during the day, followed by a leaders' customer success dinner in the evening sponsored by Totango.
The second day was packed with insights and learnings at the Customer Success Festival, where I gained a deep understanding of what other companies are doing in the field.
