Yesterday, I had the opportunity to attend the CCO Summit, hosted by the team at Customer Success Collective. I’d like to thank the organizers for putting together a well-structured event that brought together many engaged leaders in the customer success community 🔥
This week, I had the pleasure of spending two days as an invitee at the Chief Customer Officer (CCO) Summit and the Customer Success Festival in London.
On Wednesday, I joined the CCO Summit during the day, followed by a leaders' customer success dinner in the evening sponsored by Totango.
The second day was packed with insights and learnings at the Customer Success Festival, where I gained a deep understanding of what other companies are doing in the field.
These are unmissable events bringing together talented professionals to connect, upskill, and focus on the future of CS.

The CCO Summit was a great place to hear and meet others who share or solve similar challenges to the ones I have. Having a day of talking to and listening to others about those topics was time well spent.
