Since making the switch from Research to Digital, I got to work with 88GB where Shrinath Mishra and Arjun Dhananjayan have built an amazing team. Together, we worked on multiple brand solutions like Paytm Money , OTTplay HT and Zoomcar.
While working for these brands, we worked with many other agencies as well. There was always more to learn and the brands themselves often brought us some really interesting problems.
While looking for certain answers, I kept coming across GrowthSchool's programmes and I felt there were answers left to be found.
I signed up for Organic App Growth Mentorship by Mentor Kanan Rai who had worked at Google Play. Eventually, I also sighed up for Ashwin Palo and Deepan Siddhu 's Performance Marketing mentorship camps. the business tactics that I explored with these programmes were eye-opening, to say the least. We were able to advise clients better as well as understand where we could better deliver value. It was like downloading 25+ years of experience across a few months!
I was invited to step up as a student mentor in the app growth cohort. Collaborating and Networking with agencies and businesses across the programme community has always been fun, meeting many bright minds. Learning from business leaders who are top of their field and getting tips from the best practitioners has been very helpful. Leaders like Manu Kapoor 🟢 Mak Savarkar Praveen Khichar motivate me every day with their industriousness and knowledge.
Now, I will step into a fresh role with BeyondWalls , carrying with me all the wonderful value I was able to get from the programmes.
This is one of those high ROI experiences and I look forward for staying in loop for new learning chapters with GrowthSchool !

3 months back, while scrolling I saw an ad.
It was from GrowthSchool,
Pitching me for a Performance Marketing course from Deepan Siddhu & Ashwin Palo.
The massaging was crisp and checked all my pain points.
There was no doubt it was "the solution" for me.
Enrolled for the live webinar,
It was stacked with so much value that I just couldn't resist from buying the course.
But unfortunately, I didn't have enough money.

How upskilling transformed my career from a Digital Marketer to a organic Growth marketer
Upskilling at GrowthSchool helped me become a Swiss knife. I successfully managed to crack an opportunity with a mentor at GrowthSchool and I am working on enterprise SEO now.
I had been following Vaibhav for a long time and always admired his knowledge and work.
To start with, I got introduced to GrowthSchool's LinkedIn 5-day Crash Course, and then soon they launched Growth Hacking Intensive Program; I enrolled in both the programs consecutively.
I was already working as a freelancer, where I helped my clients with SEO reports and services. As I started learning Growth Hacking, my working pattern changed, and I was able to create more in-depth information, impressing my clients, and then helping me convert them into paying clients.
When I started implementing LinkedIn Growth strategies, my profile views grew by 2X, and I got multiple opportunities and job offers.

1. Understanding the customer purchase Journey:
- Often sitting in the corporate office we forget what is the actual pain point which our customer is facing and develop a journey which we think is ideal.
2. Influencer Marketing:
- In the age of physical era, we use to take recommendation from our friends/relatives to buy a product or avail a service, today customers trust an Influencer or reviews of fellow customers to make a purchase decision.
3. Content Marketing:
- In digital, your brand has to constantly communicate with the customer. The customer has now shifted from a big television screen to a small mobile screen. The communication needs to be also short and crisp.
4. Using Social Media to its fullest:
- Brands generally use social media just to post or share updates with their customers but social media can be used for other purposes like gaining consumer insights, having a CTA for purchase or building a loyal consumer base.
5. Measuring Marketing Efforts:
- Marketing has to be effective and efficient. Effective to help you build your brand and efficient to get you the response at the lowest cost.
Now, the answer to our first question on How do we build a Digital Brand?
It's 'Customer Experience'!! The day we create digital products/journeys which actually solve a customer problem/pain point and measure the effort on no. of. satisfied customers. You have arrived as a digital first brand/product.
The aim of any digital Brand/product should be to build a loyal base of customers. Your loyal customers will be your brand advocates who will bring you new customers. As this increases, so does your top & bottom line!
