"Think of closures like a chef, it transforms elements based on skills. Pork goes in, bacon comes out" - @fromjrtosr 2.18.2021
Best quote of the wee, seriously🤣
Another great class by @fromjrtosr this time on DispatchQueue in Swift. Having just covered the theory of multithreading 🧵🧵 in my OS class in school, this was a perfect way to learn the direct application of these concepts on my favorite platform, iOS. Thanks again Fernando! 😁
This might look like a cooking class but we actually discussed closures. Thank you @fromjrtosr , it all makes a little more sense now 👍
Great course with @fromjrtosr ! Nice explanations of important subjects with a lot of emojis. Great for new iOS people trying to crack subjects.
is not only a rather cool human, but an awesome teacher and having him as a guide through the perilous waters of abstract concepts is * chef’s kiss * An unmissable class 💯
If you missed the class tonight, make sure to catch it next time this Saturday(same lesson). Closures are tough but @fromjrtosr is not only an expert, but more importantly, he can break down advanced concepts to beginners.
Fernando, you are an admirable role model!
Great class to understand closures in swift by @fromjrtosr 📱
Give him a follow if you are a developer and want to learn about swift and iOS
Thanks again!
You're a great teacher! Thanks to you, I'll never forget that when in doubt, I'm probably on the mainQueue #FernandosRazor
I'm excited about your class tomorrow! You are definitely not alone. I spent much more time on US Constitution than concurrency today.
thanks for the great class! It was an extremely clear explanation of closures that filled in some gaps for me.
