Tremendous experience I have had in last 05 days. This has become possible by the grace of Shri Manoj Sir, Shri Ullas sir and Shri wadhwa sir. This training Programme on HRMS has not only given me the clarity on the module started but also shown what is going to be happened in future. Now I can visualise the picture to how HRMS will going to change HR working in I.R.. More such training programme to be organised to participate more personnel officers as well as supervisors so that the massege/clarity to be reached up to bottom level. Thanks to the faculty who have guided us on the subject and special thanks to Behera sir, Parmar sir and whole NAIR team for fecilitating us so well.

A very well planned course and nicely executed by CRIS and NAIR team. Knowing the intricacies of HRMS gave a new perspective of using HRMS and its potential. It will definitely help field units. Only request is to implement suggestions given by field (specially in transfer module)

It is a very good programme. The input given and experience shared by the Visiting Faculty gave an insight how much efforts have been put into. Many more modules are to come. Such programme will benefit both the developers and implementers in their respective field.

Dr Anil Kumar Yadav
Excellent experience to attend HRMS training. Well planned contents, well organised by coordinator and very fruitful discussions. It is requested to plan such training in future as required based on the analysis of SRs received.
Thanks to all. With regards.

1. standardisation of process and cadres is being stressed upon..perhaps devolving authorities to unit admin and more flexibility at division level can be looked into..it is pertinent to note that similar intent was when MSOP was introduced in 2018, because each zone and division operates differently..one size for all may not streamline functioning
2. For manpower planning, there is scope for automation in promotion..as we now have cadre ids, bos, apar..machine learning could automatically do assessment, eligibility and suitability
3. more focus is required to intergrate between different modules, as it was one of the main reason to move from prime to hrms

The session, went as per agenda, where in both participants and faculty, involved actively.
Further sessions are required at regular intervals, specially when new patches/modules are launched.
These sessions are necessary, to bridge gap between developers and executives.

It was designed in wel manner but it would have been better if officers along with their technical staff together could have attended it.

At Present HRMS is the key point in the working of Personnel department, for effective implementation of HRMS such sessions are not only beneficial but are compulsory. The sessions are very useful. The best thing of the sessions is that they are not a one way lecture but interactive sessions with a practical base . Along with discussion with the officers dealing the issues practically in field units on day to day basis, many important suggestions were given and we expect that these suggestions will be incorporated in the various modules of HRMS. Specially in Transfer Module there are so many issues which are required to be sorted out on Priority basis as this is very sensitive issue . As far as the utility of the program is concerned, it was very useful and should be organised frequently. I would like to suggest that such sessions should be organised for Non Gazetted staff also at least for one coordinating staff of each unit.

Training program is very well organised.
Our Doubts are clarified in a very nice way.
Especially in IDT / IRT Legacy data error. We got assurance from Ullas Sir, giving 10 days time (Unfreezing the legacy data) to rectify the errors. It will very much helpful to correct the error data.
We understand, the Divisional role is very much important to success the HRMS.
Thanks for organised such a wonderful program. Thanking you sir.

It has been a great interactive session on various modules of HRMS. My heart-felt thanks to PED/HR madam on whose instructions NAIR has organized this 5-days training programme on HRMS with the help of CRIS Team. Through this session it could be possible for me to clear my doubts/problematic issues on HRMS modules, Now I will be able to solve most of the HRMS related issues/problems at my level. My special thanks to NAIR Team for providing all-round support/help to trainees/officers. I would request to have such physical mode sessions on HRMS modules calling officers from Zonal Railways/PSUs on regular manner to make them knowledgeable on HRMS so that module works at zonal/divisional level run smoothly.
Suggestion : It would be more beneficial if before implementing any new module(s) in HRMS by CRIS, physical mode ADVANCE Training on that module(s) may kindly be conducted at NAIR calling officers from Railways rather conducting on-line training.
Thanks,.. A K Bastia, APO/Welfare/NF Rly, HQ/Maligoan

HRMS program has been an eye opener about the importance and the necessity of HRMS and its use-fullness. The session has largely been helpful in bridging the gap between the field expectations and CRIS's point of view about the same. The training session has helped in enhancing the conceptual understanding and working knowledge about the HRMS and its various modules.
Shreya Shandilya
The course was useful for understanding the prospects of HRMS implementation and also in communicating the problems that are faced in usage of different modules. Such courses should be organized at regular intervals for free flow of information from both ends.

This was an amazing program with the greater understanding on the practical aspects of various HRMS modules. Thanks to NAIR for organising this as well as Ullas sir and Anurag sir for immense hard work they had put in to impart knowledge.

HRMS training module was one of the amazing training session I have attended. Full of practical knowledge. No booking presentation. Ullas sir was so dynamic and shared deep insights about various modules. Training plan was very appropriately scheduled with sufficient time allocated to newly launched module. Would highly recommend that this particular session on HRMS training is the need of the hour and should be organised more frequently.
