Recently I had a very deep emotional experience that I would like to share - a rebozo ceremony with Ira. Rebozo is a traditional Mexican scarf that is used daily to carry children and things. You may have seen it in the portrait of Frida Kahlo. Rebozo rocking ceremony is a soft vibration technique that provides deep relaxation for the body. As an anxious person trying to control everything, I wanted to relax and let go of tension. And as the result this ceremony turned out to be very soft and caring for my body.
