OMG, HubSpot just got soooo good. This new release is π₯π₯π₯!
I've always felt a little hypocritical telling clients they needed to be in HubSpot, this whole Single Source of Truth thing yada yada, while my own team was still executing out of ClickUp.
NOT ANYMORE!! π π π
Iβve been adding our service offerings to the new Service Object for the past couple of weeks, planning to use workflows to sync everything across platforms.
And then today⦠HubSpot launched the Customer Success Space, and I cannot contain my excitement. (Thank you Collette King)
It integrates with the Service Object (hallelujah!) AND has Customer Success scoring built right in. Our scores are a pitiful 3 right now (yikes π¬ ), and everyone is technically "at risk" until I get things set up properly.
But oh my gosh, the level of insight I just got into our delivery is next level.
Fast forward six months when everything is automated and humming along? Canβt wait.
