Day 2 - LearnApp: "learning Trading from a scratch" - Yesterday was a wonderful live session with Akshay Satpaise. I really loved the analogy he used to explain the Bid & Offer price in terms of the Indian marriage tradition where the groom is not allowed to enter the wedding hall unless he pays a sum of money to the bridesmaids. Simply put, the negotiation to decide the final payout is somewhat similar to the trading of a share where both buyer & seller come to a mutually agreed stock price. Making complex concepts relate to common activities does leave a profound impact on the learners' memory, well done Akshay!!! The rest of the session was devoted to how to place trades on the trading terminal, which was also seamless, and ending with Akshay answering any doubts from the learners. Since I dont have a Trading account in place yet, Akshay even offered to help me create my proof of work exercises later today, so looking forward to a one to one interaction with him!!!
