The best part? You can create it with just 2 letters...
Research has shown that adding ER to end of an action increases conversion.
🎒 A preschool study showed a 50% increase in children cleaning up when asked to be a helper.
🗳️ In another, voter turnout increased 15% when they were asked to be voters.
I learned this from Tom Orbach's newsletter ages ago and it's stuck with me ever since.

There's only one newsletter I read
I tend to subscribe to many new ones,
but then end up never reading them.
But there's one that's on spot,
gives real value every single time,
and is relevant to marketers, but also to founders and business owners and many people (while at the same time feels like it speaks to just one person).
Its creator once sold a crazy funny tool that auto generated Linkedin posts, where you could decide on their level of cringiness. Crazy as it sounds (that was sort of pre-ai days).
He's also the head of growth marketing of Wiz, a "small" company that was acquired by google for 32B dollars last week.
So he kinda knows what he's talking about.
