Discovering yoga that finally works for me.

I wanted to start working with my body more and do it in a way that honors it and my goals. I’ve tried yoga before but found it either too difficult physically or energetically unsatisfying. I really appreciated Mette's coaching, tailored to my individual body's needs and the feedback while working on the poses. I also really appreciated the explanations on the purpose of each pose and how it should feel in both my physical body and energetic body, and I came to realize that yoga doesn't have to take a long time, literally just a couple of poses can make a huge difference, and the immediate effect lasts far beyond the poses. I can 100% recommend Mette, she is a fantastic coach. Now I feel that I actually have the ability to gain benefit from yoga.
