As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, my role involves influencing internal and external stakeholders to attract and sign the right talent into the right roles on a national level.
This involves market insight to coach both hiring managers and candidates, a continuous improvement mindset to engage with improving process, and resiliency/boldness to challenge the norm.
I’m excited to say I’ve been selected to be part of the first cohort of On Deck’s Recruitment Fellowship. This is a 1 year commitment where a number of other leaders in the industry will regularly meet, share best practices and work to better ourselves, our companies, and provide value to the industry itself.
