I've been in the startup world for 14 years (!!!) but the more experienced I get the more I realize how much I have to learn.
Can't wait to learn from & with a world class group of colleagues & friends!

On Deck Scale has allowed us to navigate the startup journey alongside an incredibly high caliber peer group of founders - rather than doing it alone - coupled with impactful exec coaching that we likely wouldnβt have considered otherwise at our stage. 10/10 would recommend.
Awesome to see the @beondeck team growing and taking on a big challenge of helping people become lifelong learners. I strongly recommend checking out one of their many fellowships - I've found ODS incredibly helpful.
