For cap table software: @pulley - they onboard you superhuman style and then do everything lawyers would traditionally do. Alternatives were extremely manual.
I was looking at our cap table in @pulley today and thinking how glad I am they help break down this mathematical puzzle. Financial modeling for P&L is one thing, but cap table dilution is another beast!
Glad you called this out as I think it's a common mistake: founders forget to track convertible notes/SAFES in a way that shows how they will eventually impact the cap table. Glad to hear @pulley makes this easy.
hey @pulley just wanted to say: Your whole team has been great as we've migrated from Carta. Special shout-out to Yung, as well as Pedro from the onboarding team for such a quick migration. That was my main stress and it was really great
Founders - unbelievably good experience using @pulley to manage my cap table and model fundraising. The best support I’ve ever seen in a saas company!
We worked with @pulley founder @yinyinwu to create a guide for startups issuing equity to employees: stripe.com/guides/equity-….

is amazing!
I remember how every person on the team was a developer & the way they've built this product is insane. Very long on Pulley & team! The best team I know :)
6/ Understanding how much the founder owns is tricky.
SAFEs may not kick in until the Series A. Most accounting firms don't understand 409A valuations for crypto.
Believe @pulley is the only option (it's great IMO) for crypto 409As (or again, alternative is legal fees)
I thought the modeling tool was useful in understanding how different rounds would affect stakeholders... good information to know for expectation setting.
Set up my dev env, contributed on-boarding doc changes, and shipped my first change to the @pulley codebase on day 1.
On-boarding has been excellent so far, docs in Notion are 👌
"The complexity around the calculations for pre-money SAFEs is why @ycombinator strongly recommends using post-money SAFEs. This approach lets you estimate your dilution plus or minus 10% because it ignores the option pool." @pulley

One of my favourite things about working for @pulley is how quickly and frequently we deploy to production.
Multiple times per day, with high trust in our test suite, and a tightly integrated monitoring setup.
Sound good? You should come work here! 🤓

Two incredible roles @pulley, an amazing product and Series A co that's growing crazy fast. @yinyinwu is building a wonderful team, including many ex-founders.

is so incredibly better for cap table management than Carta
You almost got it right! Just switch out Carta for @pulley and you’ll save yourself a few headaches down the line.
Excited to share that Pulley was featured at @beondeck's talent demo day. We met a number of talented job seekers. Thank you OnDeck and the #OD50 team!

I am using @clerkyinc to manage the paperwork for
@magicbell_io, and @pulley to manage the cap table. They are two great products and I highly recommend you check them out if you run a US corporation and are raising money. I just wish they integrated with each other :)
My mind is currently exploding with how amazing the architecture is for the @pulley client-side spreadsheet implementation (built from scratch with React, TypeScript, and MobX). 🤯
