Just an exceptional game. My fav play experience from big bad con 2019 now converted for remote play in a custom interface that teaches everyone as you go! Like a jackbox room where you mutate and tell a gorgeous horrifying tale! And it’s freaking FREE!! You gotta try it out
I would not have thought it possible to make such an atmospheric game work digitally, but Raph went and made one of the most impressive user experiences for a digital roleplaying game I think I've ever seen. 4/9
Just discovered #TheZoneRPG, and while I'm still exploring it, I've gotta say the UX, UI, and Content Design is just so good. Plus magic realism and weird horror is right up my alley.

The Zone is a super fun 'sit around the campfire telling ghost stories' experience, now in digital tabletop form. Raph has a keen eye for making fantastic storytelling atmosphere and circumstances, so if you're into the spooky / surreal / etherial, grab some friends and sign up!
This is super cool for a few reasons:
1) The Zone is a great game and does a wonderful job of creating Annihilation like stories
2) The web app Raph built for it is excellent and inspiring
3) The idea of a "launch party" for indie games is fantastic and I hope it becomes a trend

It's a creepy game inspired by media like Annihilation and Stalker, about a doomed expedition heading into a zone of strange and unknown phenomena. It's collaborative roleplaying: there's no GM who has to prep in advance. 2/9
