Dear Cardano community, dear delegators, Marie Curie Pool will officialy retire in epoch 330.
After more than a year of running a stake pool without a block, time has come to move on or at least pause this journey.
I have shutdown my pool as it will retire in next 2 epochs (10days), if you are still delegated to PGWAD then u should move NOW!
I shutdown the pool & repurposing the HW to run
1) Cardano-node Testnet (Oura,Ogmios)
2) Cardano-node Mainnet (Oura)
3) Cardano-node devnet (hydra)

After long consideration, we have decided to retire FanceePool. We simply cannot continue to operate without rewards. We operate a bare-metal pool and must pay for maintenance/electricity. We have not minted a block in over 60 days. 🧵 1/
Our operating costs were quite low. The main problem is that Cardano is focused on DeFi right now, not improving decentralization. So there's no end in sight to the current parameters that make it difficult to run a small pool.
We're retiring our pool from the #CardanoFamily. Thank you #CardanoCommunity. #Cardano will still be close to our hearts but the competition and marketing is too tough for the little guy. @AllianceXspo thank you for all the support over the year.
