Been there. Time blocking was key for me. Schedule time with your wife. Schedule time for your kids. Schedule time for yourself. Treat those "appointments" as seriously as you would a biz meeting. If you want an app, I recommend @sunsamaHQ

Very glad to have discovered @sunsamaHQ - it is brilliant, elegant and so useful. Prioritizing tasks from multiple points of initiation can be really challenging, but Sunsama makes it easy and intuitive. It's a game changer.
