I just wrapped up 28 days of The Glucose Challenge: wager $700, get $25/day for every day you keep your blood glucose below a certain level.
I recommend this; it's very interesting to get quantifiable data on how your eating and exercise affect you.

What a 28-day weight-loss challenge partnered with Levels Health taught me about how my diet and lifestyle affect my overall health.
In my ongoing effort to make the most of quarantine, I just wrapped up a 28-day experiment trying a keto diet. This diet had a twist though: if I stayed below a certain blood glucose level every day, I stood to make $700. Kind of.
Have you checked out a continuous glucose monitor? I was doing the @trywearable Wearable Challenge and learned I had serious hypoglycemia. I had pain and tingling in my extremities from dangerously low glucose.
I know you're into hacking and maximum information. You'd like it.
2) I'm a huge personal fan of @unlocklevels and the wearablechallenge.com run by @jwmares & team. I made some great progress 💪💪 (shout to @BodySpec )

It’s about the Wearable Challenge, a project that gets participants to attach continuous glucose monitors (CGM) to themselves for 28 days to see what happens. You sign up, pay $250 to cover the cost of the devices and other overhead, and risk $700 as a one-way wager on yourself, earning back $25 of your stake for each day that you succeed in the challenge. “Success” here means keeping your glucose measurements below 115 mg/dL for the entire day.
Out of the initial $800, I got back $675. In the end I spent $125 for access to a Continuous Glucose Monitor, resources for eating a ketogenic diet, and a group to do the challenge with. So was it worth it? Yes! I lost 8 pounds, learned a lot about what kind of nutrition plans work for me, and got to tinker with some cool tech.
