We’re beyond thrilled to announce that ustwo studios is now an employee-owned company! 🤯 It might just be the most B Corp thing we’ve ever done.
THIS is how agencies should do it, especially in such a competitive market. Equity is no longer just for the partners. Great work, ustwo!
Love seeing this. A big reason I became frustrated with agency life and drank the startup/tech Kool-Aid as an early designer is that I could be an actual owner and have equity in startups and not at agencies. @millsustwo and @ustwo is showing the way. Agencies should follow!
