Easy! Cardano uses eUTXO, that means you can send 200 people (or way more) stuff in a single tx! Provide the 200 receive addresses, and it's done in a few minutes. I know you won't watch the video, because it collides w/ your bias, just know I'm right.

UTXO stands for Unspent Transaction Output.
Imagine that you have 100$ in banknotes and want
to pay your friend 20$.
You throw all your banknotes into a black box that destroys them and creates two new banknotes. One valued at 20$ that goes to your friend and
That's what the ETH devs are fundamentally missing. Bitcoin did something magical, but it just didn't go far enough. Satoshi was aware of the account model, but passed on it. Extended UTXO is the logical next step and takes advantage of 13 years of knowledge and testing
Just a reminder the Cardano eUTXO model is not speed limited to it's current state. The network parameters are easily changed.
This example from 3+ yrs ago we speed tested Rust/Jormungandr version of Cardano to 28.5 TPS on a global testnet of ~400 nodes

11/Why Cardano?
Off-chain computation allows for computational complexity without high execution cost. eUTxO allows efficient parallelisation of execution
Haskell is the best language for writing and checking formal specifications and certifying DSL (domain-specific language)
eUTxO is a game changer - especially combined with AVOUM for AMM DEXes where there is necessity for this or staying without AVOUM -> e.g. @ravanave believes this.
Horses for courses. We are not there yet but it is all doable.
It takes a bit of insanity to challenge account style
